As Director of Client Services, Taylor ensures each client receives the assistance and attention they deserve.  Internally, she helps shape messaging and positioning communication, a skill she developed during her advertising agency career days.  In addition to her public relations duties, Taylor is responsible for all back-office support functions and internal operations for Cap Strat.  Clients should think of her as our “client concierge” in her multi-faceted role.

 

Taylor gained her initial legislative policy experience with the North Carolina Retail Merchants Association and in the Office of the Majority Leader of the NC House for Representative John Bell.

 

Prior to joining Cap Strat, Taylor enjoyed a career as an Account Executive with a full-service advertising agency.  Her public relations / advertising background was complimented by multiple engagements in the health care industry.

 

She is a graduate of the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.
