
Reagan Perry
Director of Client Services
Reagan is responsible for coordinating all internal legislative and external client research for CAP STRAT. She monitors all NC bill filings, committee movements, and charts out potential legislative pathways for legislation. Additionally, she evaluates opportunities and potential threat assessments for our clients.
Reagan’s knowledge of the political arena in North Carolina began with political campaigns and fund raising. She gained legislative and policy experience while in college when she interned for Senator Todd Johnson, who was elected by his colleagues to serve in Senate Leadership as the Majority Whip. Additionally, he is Chairman of the Commerce and Insurance Committee in the North Carolina State Senate.
Reagan has a passion for healthcare and is pursuing a career in medicine. She has taken the MCAT and intends to apply to medical school in 2025. She has a passion for the amputee community and volunteers her time as a private citizen to raise awareness regarding the challenges they face. She underwent a through the knee amputation of her left leg in January of 2024.
She is a graduate of the Honors College at North Carolina State University and was a finalist for the prestigious Park Scholarship.
